Instructions
  1. In a large bowl mix ground turkey, cheese, grated apple, onion powder, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix with your hands until mixture is uniform throughout. To make small patties form about 1/3 of mixture into a small ball or patty, or triple the size to make a larger hamburger patty style serving.
  2. In a pan on low-medium heat add cooking oil and 4-5 patties. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side or until the sides are lightly browned. Careful not to over cook or the patties will be dry. Continue until all patties are cooked.
Recipe Notes

Serve warm with your favorite side dish (like a crisp salad), or keep in fridge for up to 5 days. These also freeze VERY well and defrost easily in the microwave for a quick meal.
